The Art of 1v1: Offense & Defense

• This program is for the player that wishes to develop advanced 1v1 skills on both sides of the ball
• This clinic also includes other skills such as shooting, passing, and ball control

Clinic highlights:

Offensively the focus of this clinic is to challenge the players with 1v1 dribbling moves, techniques, and situations
• Techniques and Moves to Beat Defenders at Various Angles
• Techniques and Moves to Change Direction Quickly
• Techniques and Moves to Shield and Protect the Ball

Defensively the focus is on individual defending techniques and tricks to win the ball from an opponent

• Individual Defending with Attacker Facing You
• Individual Defending with the Attacker Facing Away
• Individual Defending with the Attacker Side by Side

- Placement shots
- Shooting off the dribble
- Shooting of the pass

NOTE: This is a "drop-off" clinic - parents drop off players in the lobby and pick them up at the driving loop at the end of the clinic - there is not enough space for the parents to be in the gym - further instructions on this process will be given before the clinic begins - it's super easy!

There are no refunds given for all weather-related cancellations. including those by the facility and/or QuickSkills Soccer.
