Soccer Speed & Agility Clinic (Indoor)

Description

This clinic offers speed, agility and quickness combined with skill training. Players will upgrade their movement patterns that will help them execute the skills of the game faster and with improved coordination. This clinic will offer players a creative yet challenging training environment to develop speed and agility in realistic soccer situations.

The clinic will include elements of:

• Footwork speed
• Sprinting speed
• Reaction speed and first step quickness
• Agility speed including rapid starts, stops and changes of direction
• Variety of technical ball skills used in conjunction with this training

NOTE: This is a "drop-off" clinic - parents drop off players in the lobby and pick them up at the driving loop at the end of the clinic - there is not enough space for the parents to be in the gym - further instructions on this process will be given before the clinic begins - it's super easy!
